When you buy an item from a Pro seller through Vinted, your purchase is covered by our Buyer Protection Pro. It ensures that your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction, that your payment is transferred safely, and that you can reach our support team. Refunds
When buying from a Pro seller, your right of withdrawal means you have 14 days after delivery to request a refund for any reason (some exceptions apply).
The buyer pays for return shipping, unless the Pro seller provides free returns. For more, read our Refund Policy Pro.

Vinted members can leave feedback for each other only after a completed order — so the feedback you see on people’s profiles is based on actual experiences. Take a close look at the feedback left by other members, and remember to leave feedback after an order to receive it in return.
